At MarineBoatLLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our flexible return and exchange policy.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

• Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Return Methods:
  • By mail
  • In store
  • At a designated drop-off location
• Return Label: A free return label will be included in your original package.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as our return policy. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to start the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
